Utility infrastructure is expanding faster than traditional inspection and maintenance models can keep up. Power lines stretch across remote terrain, substations are growing denser and more complex, and pipelines cross environments that are difficult, costly, and sometimes dangerous to access. In this reality, drones utility inspection has become a foundational capability rather than an experimental one. Yet many utility drone programs stall at visual inspection. Cameras iden
