Drone Sky Hook Ltd Return Policy

IMPORTANT: You must contact Drone Sky Hook Ltd. to request Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any products. Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Please follow these simple steps to return a product that you have purchased from Drone sky Hook Ltd.
Can your product be returned?
If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want your item, you can return new, unassembled, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order was shipped using our Free Standard International Shipping option, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable.
Products that are incomplete, disassembled, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Clearance Items and items that are marked “SOLD AS IS" cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Computer software/firmware downloaded from our site cannot be returned.
If your return is the result of a shipping error (we shipped you the wrong product), Drone Sky Hook Ltd. will pay the return shipping costs.
Please Note - If your product has been used and you discover an issue with your product within 14 days of delivery, you may be eligible for replacement or repair under the Drone Sky Hook Ltd. Product Warranty Policy. Please visit our Warranty Policy page to determine if your product is covered by the Drone Sky Hook Ltd. product warranty.
Contact Drone Sky Hook to request RMA number
You can obtain RMA number by contacting
For quick handling and routing, in the e-mail subject, please state “RMA Request”. Provide us your contact information, payment approval/invoice number and provide detailed explanation and reason(s) for the return request or problem including pictures of the product.
Once we receive your e-mail, a customer service representative will review your return request. We may ask for additional information if the request is unclear. If the return request is authorized, we will e-mail you an RMA number with a specific return address.
Mail your returned product to Drone Sky Hook Ltd.
Once you have your RMA number, pack the product you are returning in a padded envelope to prevent damage. You must include ALL the packaging that came with your original order. If possible, reuse the padded envelope we originally sent to you. Do not ship the product in a shipping carton!
Use only standard Air Mail service with tracking number. The cost for this service should be no more than USD15.00. If the mailing cost is more than USD15.00, please contact Drone Sky Hook for written authorization BEFORE mailing the product.
EMS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT and other non-postal shipping/mailing services ARE NOT AUTHORIZED by Drone Sky Hook. They will not be refunded if used and can reduce the refund amount of the original product price due to additional or unauthorized costs (customs, VAT and other fees).
Please Note - Clearly write your RMA (Return Material Authorization) number on a piece of paper/note and place it inside the padded envelope. Please DO NOT write any RMA information on the outside of the envelope.
The Send To Address will be provided to you together with the RMA number.
Refund, Store Credit or Replacement
Once we receive your package we will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure it's condition. If the returned product(s) is complete and in new condition, we will issue you a refund. If your order was shipped using our Free Standard International Shipping option, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable. If the product(s) was received damaged or used, your return will be denied and we will contact you to arrange shipping of the product(s) back to you at your expense.
Please note that the entire return process can take three to four weeks.
