Drone Sky Hook Ltd Limited Warranty

Drone Sky Hook Ltd (DSH) takes pride in its products. DSH will repair or replace your DSH product or part free of charge if your DSH product or part has a manufacturing or workmanship defect that is covered by the Limited Warranty below.

All models of the Drone-Sky-Hook Release & Drop devices are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for six month from the original date of purchase.
Accessories offered by DSH are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30-90 days from the original date of purchase. Some accessories are offered without warranty. Specific warranty information for each product and accessory item is listed in each product / accessory web page.

Drone Sky Hook's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at DSH sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, misuse, abuse, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. DSH assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of its products and accessories. In no event shall DSH be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of its products and accessories or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

This Limited Warranty does not cover modified products or accessory items. Modifying DSH product or accessory item voids its Limited Warranty. Modification includes painting, gluing, cutting, soldering, modifying electrical components, modifying mechanical parts, batteries, etc. If you attempt to return a product or accessory item which has been modified, your warranty claim will be denied, and the product or accessory item will be returned to you at your expense. 

Some of DSH products are manufactured using a 3D printer utilizing high quality materials. The nature of those materials and the 3D printing process can result in small areas of missing or gradient color and minor dents or dings in the surface which do not affect the product performance and, therefore, are not covered by this warranty.

Before sending product or accessory item to DSH, please review the Frequently Asked Question section on the DSH website. If additional help is required, contact DSH Customer Support by clicking on the Contact Us link at website. We are often able to quickly resolve the problem via email.

Email DSH request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) number if a product or accessory item need to be sent back to DSH for repair or replacement. Do not ship to DSH without RMA number.
Returns that do not qualify for warranty repair will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. It is vital that you communicate with DSH Customer Support before sending your return to DSH.
